At Frontline Firearms Co., we stand behind the quality of the products we offer and work closely with trusted distributors and manufacturers. Because many of our items ship directly from our partners, all returns must comply with both Frontline Firearms Co. policies and the original distributor’s return guidelines.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer or distributor.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all original contents included.
- Items showing signs of use, installation, modification, or damage may be denied or subject to restocking fees.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable due to distributor, manufacturer, or legal restrictions:
- Ammunition
- Firearms and serialized parts
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom, special-order, or made-to-order products
- Apparel that has been worn or washed
Defective or Damaged Items
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
- We will coordinate directly with the distributor or manufacturer to determine replacement, repair, or refund eligibility.
- Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
Return Authorization Required
- All returns require approval before shipping.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Some distributors may apply a restocking fee (typically 10–20%), which will be deducted from the refund if applicable.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected by the distributor.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on distributor handling.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they ship.
- Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
- Special-order items cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
